To maintain your stained glass pieces, avoid dropping or pushing them. If cleaning is needed, gently wipe with a soft cloth in a circular motion.
International standard shipping is free. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 14-21 work days. We also offer express shipping, which can be selected at checkout and takes 5-14 days.
We ship all orders, excluding custom ones, the same day or the next business day. Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We ship to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot make any changes to the shipping address once your order is shipped. If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to a package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct $7.99 from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Certain items, like perishable goods, intimate products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software, are non-returnable.
